PicoBrew Zimatic

The PicoBrew Zimatic is one of those inventions that is super cool and really catches your attention only to have you realize how it also completely goes against the idea of home brewing. I love the concept, which is that the Zimatic is a nearly fully automated all grain brewing system. Add ingredients, turn on the Zimatic and watch it brew. But for me, the real fun of home brewing is doing all of the work myself, coming up with new creations and enjoying the process.
